Thanks for the comment. I agree; all the immigrants I have met (including one of my tennis partners, who is a 1st generation immigrant from India) are incredibly driven to succeed. Perhaps people who immigrate are the "cream of the crop" from their respective countries---highly motivated, action-oriented people.
