Mortgage Rates Hit 2.5 year high
Mortgage rates hit a 2 1/2 year high, averaging 6.43 percent for a fixed 30-year term.
According to CNN Money, "The 30-year rate has not been this high since Sept. 5, 2003, when it was 6.44 percent."
